Refund and Return Policy

Not what you expected?
We want you to be completely happy with your new furniture and equipment, so don’t worry. We’ll work with you to find the perfect piece for your salon or spa. If your purchase arrives and you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 days of receipt and one of our customer service members will be happy to walk you through the return process.

30-Day Absolute Satisfaction
Doesn’t look the way you thought it would? Not a problem. Just let us know you want to return something within 30 days of receipt and we’ll provide you with a return authorization number. You send the product back to us and we refund you the price of the original product less a 20% processing fee when we receive the item back at our warehouse. It really is that easy. Please note, all non-stock and custom-made items are ineligible for return due to their unique nature. All returned items must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason and would like to return it, please contact our sales office within 30 days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for original outbound and return shipping costs and a minimum 20% restocking fee. Garfield will not accept a returned order without an RMA number. Products returned to the Garfield – Factory Service Center damaged are the responsibility of the sender. Custom-made products and accessories do not qualify for our 30-day return policy but are otherwise warranted. Parts are non-refundable. 30-day policy also applies to any repairs. 

Furniture That’s Not in Original Condition
If the returned product is not in it’s new and unused condition or is damaged during transit, then we may be unable to issue a refund or exchange. So, be sure to repackage your return well and always make note of your tracking number before shipping. As a precautionary measure, we also highly suggest that you insure your shipment when shipping items back to us for return in case of damage during transit back to us. Please also take note, any unit that has been connected to plumbing is ineligible for return.

What happens next?

We'll refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and inspect the unit. We will then send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order - less applicable restocking fees. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label, shipment is at your expense. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges
