Quick and Convenient. From our Southern-California factory direct to your business. Our goal is to give you a memorable and hassle-free experience, so we make shipping simple and convenient. After all, we want to make sure you love our brand as much as we do.

LEAD AND TRANSIT TIME

All in-stock items typically will process and ship out within 24–72 hours. It usually takes 1–6 business days to receive your delivery once it has shipped from our factory. For items that are either not currently in stock, specially ordered, or custom built, please either give our Shipping & Processing Team a call at 888.731.6671 or consult directly with a factory service representative to receive a best estimate. Please note that we can’t always forecast delays during shipment and/or from our manufacturers, so if your products are in fact delayed, we will make every effort to immediately communicate that information to you directly so you can prepare accordingly.

STANDARD GROUND SERVICE

Products weighing up to 75 lbs will typically be shipped via UPS’s Standard Ground service. If multiple products are purchased and together exceed the maximum Ground Shipping weight limit, the shipping quote will transition from Standard Ground Service to Standard Freight Service. In some cases a special product may have exterior dimensions which require the use of Standard Freight Service.

STANDARD FREIGHT SERVICE

Products weighting over 75 lbs., or products with over-sized exterior dimensions, will ship via Standard Freight Service. If multiple products are purchased and together exceed the maximum Standard Ground Service weight limit, the shipping quote will transition from Standard Ground Service to Standard Freight Service. In some cases a product may have exterior dimensions which require the use of Standard Freight Service, in which case this will be clearly marked in the Shipping tab on the product information page. Inside-Delivery Fee is not included in the Standard Freight Service fee. Inside-delivery may be available at an additional charge, and it's only available if your building is accessible to palletized freight deliveries made with a pallet jack. Assembly, installation, and trash-removal are not included in the Standard Freight Service fee, but may be available with additional fee(s). Lift Gate Service Fee is included with all products shipped via Standard Freight Service. Residential Delivery Fee is not included in the Standard Freight Service fee, but is required for deliveries to a residential area, regardless if a business is present in the residential area.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

Rush or expedited shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, etc.) are available with additional fees. To get a quote for your shipment, give contact the Factory Service Center at 888.731.6671.

SHIPMENT DAMAGES

We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, but accidents can happen along the way. If you find any damage on any of your products, don’t worry we are here to help. Here’s all you need to do: If you find damage to the box or product at the time of delivery, open the package while the driver is still there and check it thoroughly for damage. Don’t worry about the driver; it’s your right to inspect your shipment. Take photos of the damaged areas. Make a note on the delivery ticket and contact us right away at 888.731.6671. Send the photos you took of the damage to our customer service team at customerservice@garfieldint.com. Keep the packaging and all packing materials no matter what condition they’re in. We’ll work with you no matter how long it takes to determine how best to resolve your situation.

SHIPPING PROMOTION POLICIES

Any & all free shipping promotions are only valid for shipping within the continental U.S. and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Additionally, any split shipping requests will be ineligible for any free shipping promotions.
