Limited Warranty Service

Garfield Commercial Enterprises, Inc. (Garfield) warrants that our products will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship of the original purchaser. That does not mean that a product that simply and naturally wears out from normal use is a candidate for a warranty replacement or a refund. Like tires, brake pads or the shoes on your feet, everything wears out and when it does, that does not mean you did not receive good value for your money.

We are reasonable people and we believe in true customer satisfaction. We will work with you for a fair resolution to any issue you may have. Fair is defined as being fair to both you the customer and to Garfield. We do not charge extra for our products to our vast majority of customers so we can accommodate ridiculous warranty claims by the few.  Our goal is to keep our customers happy for a lifetime and always reach a fair resolution to any issue. Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions, Limitations, and Restrictions

The warranty covers replacement-repair parts only. The warranty does not cover labor, call-tags, or return-shipments resulting from warranty repairs conducted at Garfield Commercial Enterprise's Factory Service Center.  All other remedies or recourse which might otherwise be available are hereby waived by the Purchaser. Purchaser understands that no cash refunds will be made and Garfield Commercial Enterprises, Inc. and its distributors are not responsible for any labor shipment costs associated with replacement. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser. All claims must be made through Garfield Commercial Enterprises, Inc. directly or through an authorized PARAGON distributor from whom the equipment was purchased from.  Customer’s Own Material (COM) is excluded from this warranty.  The warranty does not cover defect caused by normal wear-and-tear and fading. The warranty does not cover damage caused by water or fire, stains, discoloration of fabrics, laminates, or finishes.  The warranty does not apply when there is evidence of improper, incorrect, and/or incomplete installation. The warranty does not apply when there is evidence of insufficient maintenance. The warranty does not apply when there is evidence of tampering, mishandling, abuse, and/or misuse of the equipment. The warranty does not apply when there is evidence of improper storage or accident (other than an accident caused by the product itself).  The warranty does not apply when there is evidence that the equipment have been modified by any Third Party; (d) that have been disassembled, serviced, or reassembled by any Third Party, (e) improperly installed or an unauthorized attempt to repair or by accident, fire, lightning or other hazard outside of Garfield Commercial Enterprises, Inc.’s control.

Garfield Commercial Enterprises, Inc. and its approved distributors will have no further obligations or liability for damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury and/or economic losses.

In NO event shall Garfield Commercial Enterprises, Inc. and its approved distributors be liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the breach of any implied or express warranties. Any applicable implied warranties including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby limited in duration to the warranty periods for the product.

The warranty shall not come into effect and Garfield Commercial Enterprises, Inc.  will have no obligations under this warranty, unless and until Garfield Commercial Enterprises, Inc.  and its approved-distributors are PAID in FULL for the products to be warranted hereunder.  Once full payment is received the warranty period begins to run from the date of delivery.

Please note, if you purchased a Garfield product(s) from an unauthorized distributor, the unauthorized distributor may or may not honor our limited warranty.
